Terms and Conditions
Each visitor is responsible to read the terms and conditions of your booking.
Your booking is bound by the following terms and conditions
Travel to Ireland
Irish Dream Tours is an incoming tour operator providing a LAND ONLY SERVICE. Irish Dream Tours are not responsible for visitors travelling into or out of the State of Ireland. Irish Dream Tours will sell airline tickets as part of an affiliated program all responsibility for the sale of the airline rests with the licensed agents.
Irish Dream Tours will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays or any other hindrance of passage to Ireland.
Escorted Tours
Irish Dream Tours will provide visitors choosing an escorted tour with personal driver/guide.
The driver will act as a guide for the duration of the tour. Somee attractions are self guided, each visitor will be expected to self guide within those attractions the driver/guide will not usually enter the attraction but will wait for the visitors to return to the vehicle. The driver guide will spend 8 hours per day with the visitors plus one hour extra for lunch. Driving Tour is defined as a period from commencement of a tour to the conclusion for that day and not timed on a basis of continual driving for 8 hours. Irish Dream Tours consider the safety of its visitors with the highest importance. The rules of the road will have to be obeyed by the drivers at all times. Escorted tours will commence between 9.30am and 10.30am each day and run for 9 hours. Tours can start at an earlier or later time, any change in times should be brought to the attention of a member of Irish Dream Tours if possible.
Insurance
Irish Dream Tours will not accept responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or loss a guest incurs of any kind arising from acts or omissions by any hotel or other organisation.
Irish Dream Tours will accept no responsibility whatsoever for cancellations of or interruptions to a tour due to delay or change in schedules, flight cancellations, sickness, strikes, weather, war quarantine, mechanical breakdown, the actions of any government, acts of god or circumstances beyond its control or for expenses or losses incurred as a result of any such circumstances, to guard against such unforeseen circumstances we highly recommend you purchase a travel insurance plan before you travel to Ireland. All tour guests are fully insured as passengers in any of the vehicles used for transport as part of our tours. Irish Dream Tours are not responsible for insurance on other means of transport that may be used independent of the tour.
Self Drive Packages
Your package includes the following, excellent accommodation each night, breakfast each morning having stayed in the accommodation overnight, car rental (car model is not guaranteed) with compulsory insurance, unlimited mileage and breakdown cover.
Personal Itinerary = Touring map of Ireland, Heritage Island Guide, offering reductions at some attractions in Ireland and seven day 24 hour support from Irish Dream Tours.
Car Rental
Companies require the driver to supply a credit card in his/her name in order to pick up the car. Credit Card is required for the excess/deductible. Drivers must hold a current drivers license been valid for at least 2 years , you must be between 23-75 years old, for mini-vans and larger vehicles the driver is required to be 30 years old or more. Younger and older drivers can be accommodated at an extra charge. Contact us for details, location service charge is excluded. If additional are required fees will apply, and are payable at the rental desk on arrival. GPS units are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, generally the units are available but in the event the car hire firm cannot supply a GPS unit and payment has been received, the client will receive a full refund for the GPS unit.
Escorted packages include
Excelllent Accommodation each night, breakfast each morning, personal guide/driver, luxury vehicle at your disposal throughout your tour, all tolls fees and taxes included. Entry to attractions listed in your itinerary are included except those listed under ‘’at leisure’’. Guided sightseeing each day with advice on the best pubs and dinig locations.
Cancellation Policies
Self-Drive and Private-Escorted Tours (tours less than 15 persons)
Cancellation policy for deposit payments:
Deposits for tours are non-refundable in the case of special offers where full payment is required to avail of the offer 20% of the full payment is considered to be the deposit.
Self drive and private escorted tours (less than 15 persons)
Cancellation Policy for Final Payment
Cancelled bookings within 14+ days notice will receive a full refund (less deposit)
Cancelled bookings with 14 days or less will be cancelled without refund
Once the tour has commenced any cancelled accommodation will be cancelled without refund. Accommodation cannot be altered within 7 days. All accommodation bookings are subject to availability. Where some individuals in a group cancel their booking and the remaining members of the group still travel refunds can only be applied to non-communal reservations where the booking cancellation has been received within the appropriate time.
Examples of communal reservations are where the group paid for the service pro-rata for example car hire, private drivers, private coach/car services, private transfers etc.

50% of full fee
-up to 7 days before arrival
75% of full fee

Irish Dream Tours trade in Irelands currency (the euro) and are not responsible for any currency fluctuations in receiving or refunding funds.
Accommodations Changes and alterations are subject to a 10 euro change per booking.
Attractions
Irish Dream Tours is not responsible for any attractions that are closed for any reason and therefore not accessible for the visitor. Irish Dream Tours is not responsible for any delays outside of their control that cause passengers to miss their flights. Irish Dream Tours will make every effort on escorted tours to get passengers to the airport on time but are not responsible for any unexpected delays.
